Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days, and shipping times range from 3-7 business days depending on your location. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Please note for international shipping this will vary.
We are not responsible for any damage on the order during delivery.
Returns Policy
Items are only acceptable for a return if the item is:
- Returned within 14 days from the date of dispatch with original packing and tags attached
- Unworn, undamaged and unscented
- Returned in the original packaging.
Customers are liable for their own returns shipping costs
Please note: We reserve the right to not accept your return if we deem it not suitable based on the criteria set out.
Any items that show signs of wear or tear, being washed or damaged will not be eligible for a refund.
Refunds will be processed accordingly and are typically processed within 5-7 business days and will be issued to the original form of payment.

Exchange Policy
Currently, we are only providing exchanges for UK residents. We apologise for the inconvenience to international customers.
In the case of an exchange, the items must adhere to the same conditions set out in the returns policy.
